Residential: Monday – Friday. Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, One-time.If a Saturday is requested, there will be an additional charge.

- Any type of biohazard waste, including animal feces
- Professional carpet cleaning
- Professional exterior window cleaning
- Mildew removal for moisture-damaged or water-damaged homes
Last-minute work (48 hours or less) can be taken if we can pull together a team of two or more — a convenience charge will be added to the rate.

Why do I have to arrange a walk-through to receive an estimate?
We need an appointment at the cleaning site to give you an accurate quote. Prices depend on location, square footage, specific cleaning requests, the customer's schedule, pet dander fees, and the level of cleaning necessary. All prices are discussed at the walk-through. The appointment itself is at no cost to you.
What is considered a one-time cleaning?
One-time cleanings can be post-construction, move-in or move-out, seasonal (such as spring cleaning or after-holidays cleaning), large events, or any time a customer expects to use our services on a one-time basis.
Will M.o.M. schedule last-minute requests?
If you request a cleaning that must be completed within 48 hours or less, and if M.o.M. can pull together a team of two or more, a convenience charge will be added to your cleaning rate.
